“I did not receive item that Tower accepted and took payment for instead a standard tan turned up, emailed Tower to ask where my air cooler was only to be told, none in stock , return fan, when they receive returned fan..which I had not ordered, then they would refund money. The fan arrived with damage on the box also. Plus I had to go out of my way to return an item..I had not even ordered.

“I ordered this product and was sent a tower fan instead. Rubbish. I then had to arrange collection and wait in all day for a courier. I’m still without the unit ordered. A refund was given. Tower were absolutely rubbish and il never buy from them again”
“Very disappointed in the level of service. On two occasions tried to buy this item. You took my money and was unable to deliver as you later told me out of stock. On the third time ordering a fan was sent which was the total wrong item. I then had to go out of my way to return a item that was wrongly sent!”
