“Not really happy with they quality of this fan the top bit looks fine but the part that holds ram together is clumsy and poor quality touch it at top and bottom all falls apart I have used this ram for a week got in touch with customer services and my problem is still not sorted”

Payed and ordered next day delivery extra cost and nothing !.
No contact except email saying thank you for your order so I tried to call no answer due to covid ,most companies have called transferred to home worker’s,emailed still nothing so went on trust pilot put a review and then someone replied.
They said it had been very busy which I get , but they still had next day delivery knowing they could not fill this option.
Once I was in contact who I think was carina ?,it was sorted quickly and my next day delivery charge refunded which was great.
I said most people are ok if some sort of correspondence is sent out.
That was the problem over all as the product is great.”
“The fans feet do not stay on. A few weeks later they are all lost. The feet edges are razer sharp and I cut myself assembling it. It is also wobbly and rocks to and fro when in use. I did email the company twice. Once regarding the delivery and once regarding the feet and they have not replied. Very poor and cheap design. I have pedestal fans that are 10 years old still going strong. This rebranded generic fan will be lucky to be in my house next Summer.”
“The pedestal fan is good, instructions not very clear and took quite a long time to put it together. Seems very light and flimsy but once it’s set up and left in place it’s absolutely fine. Worth the money.”
