“Finding it very good, would have liked another shelf and a better cook book for this actual cooker. Cooking wise it is very good and we are enjoying experimenting with it. Everything has turned out as expected so far.”
“I bought this so I could cook small portions without putting my main oven on. It's quick and efficient, don't overload top tray if you want even cooking on the bottom. Heats up very fast, quiet in operation, very bright light. For cooking frozen items it works very well, I tried making low fat chips and they didn't come out so good, I need to perfect my technique I think. It took a bit of practice to get used to the little tongs that come with it. Overall very good piece of kit, I wish I'd got one sooner.”
“We changed from an air fryer to this halogen air fryer as our old one was very noisy. The Presto is much, much more quiet and we like the flavour of the wedges that we have cooked better. We like the fact that we can cook fish and chips in one go, too. The price is very good and we like the style of the cooker. However. I find it very difficult to use the tongs to retrieve the basket once the wedges/chips are cooked. They are very unstable, I have to scoop the wedges out so I'm not impressed with the basket. The other problem I have is with the stand for the cooker lid. The lid is vey hot when trying to stir the wedges halfway through cooking and the stand for it is flimsy and slides about. I've had to put non-slip pads at the four corners but I really don't like this stand. If those two things were sorted I would have given the Presto 5 stars. As it is I can only give it 3 stars.”
