“the pans themselves look great but disappointed when one of the lids were damaged and called ideal World to say could they please send me a replacement Lid, they advised me they would send me a new pot which I waited for around seven days and called them to see where it was, to my disappointment they said that the company I assume yourselves said I had to pack all the pots and Knifes up and send the whole lot back to them and they would send a new replacement out and had to take it back to my nearest Asda which is 1 Hour 1/2 away as I work full time this was not at all good for me so I now have a casserole dish with a broken lid which is such a shame and all they said was we will give you a £10 refund not a happy customer at all !!!!!!!!!!!”
