“I have only used the pan a couple of times, frying eggs and when making thai curry and so far very good, with good surface heat coverage. I would have liked it to have slightly more capacity - the sides slope in which limits this. But it appears so far to be a high quality pan. I have another 30" Tower frying pan with a lid, so I use the lid for this too. I won't be putting it in the dishwasher. It is so easy to hand wash it. I have given a 5* based on limited use.”
