“fusible disc fine,delivery dreadful! received notification from hermes would be delivered between 13.00 and 15.00,told photo of delivery required,waited in no sign ! then message at 15.52 unable to deliver,then four days later!! given time,waited for delivery and photo proof of delivery.they just put it through the letterbox!”

We are sorry to hear this, as the discs are so small and thin they can stick together, we would advise to carefully use your thumb and first finger to rub each disc between them and separate if there are 2 stuck together.
