“A bad batch of tablets very very dark in colour .It does happen from time ro time .the bad part was to the lack of help and support from swimmingpool chemicals.Reply you get after contact is our batch tested fine hmmm after checking my full box of 100 i had 27 bad ones and 73 good ones .After email pocks ect you would hope the bad batch would just be swapped for the sake of losing a good customer”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. We always try our very best to help all of our customers and that's one of the things we pride ourselves on. We were in contact with you straight away to see what tablets and test kit you had so we could test the same batch here and to make sure you had the right ones. We found that the same batch number were also a brown tablet and these were tested by one of our engineers who confirmed they tested correctly for alkalinity. We wanted to see whether it was a problem with supply which is why we went back and too with emails. We sent you a replacement pack the next day and suggested getting your pack returned so we could test these as well as offering to test a sample of your pool water free of charge.
