Dear Customer Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately the shock treatment packet size is out of our control as it can only be supplied in 300g pouches.

“Easy ordering process, prompt delivery and a quality product. Sachets mean measuring out chemicals is not needed and so all is very straightforward to administer. From looking around the market, this business looks to be best value for money.”

“Not quite as good as it was previously. Bags are now smaller, 300 instead of 500, but more expensive. Harder to dissolve.”

“The chemicals were delivered on time however it was not made clear that the products packaging ( quantity per dose has been altered, changed from 500g to 300g) Having used the normal dose, I have not experienced the results I have normally had. I am concerned that this maybe a poorer quality of product.”

Hi Julianne Thank you for your review. Sorry that you are unhappy that the size of the pouch has changed, it is stated on our website that the product is now packed in 300g pouches, as well as showing the weight on the pouch. This is how we receive the product from our supplier so unfortunately we are unable to change this. The product is still the same as before so the quality has not changed.
