“They look nothing like the pictures. Very tiny. Was livid. I’ve bought many things from Top Shelf Aquatics as far as equipment that was great. Don’t buy the corals. I talk to the manager Ernesto and he said I could mail them back for a refund. Ya good luck trying to package them back up correctly. I bought 2-3packs It came to 600.00 and only one was an inch big but was tiny and like a little twig. The rest weren’t even a half inch big and tiny. I wish I could send pics. Not good. Now I won’t buy anything from Top Shelf again. Sad”

The frag packs you purchased were mystery high-end packs priced at $300 each. You ordered two packs, and we provided six different frags from our list of possible corals. The total value of these six frags exceeded $1100, while your cost was $600. Prior to ordering, you contacted us, and we explained that the mystery packs typically include standard single-branch frags approximately 3/4 to 1 inch in size, ensuring you were fully aware of what to expect.
Given that you purchased multiple packs, our shipping team upgraded some of the frags to multi-branch frags and included one larger frag exceeding 1 inch, as we did not have a multi-branch frag of that particular coral. All frags arrived in healthy and excellent condition. After receiving them, you expressed your concerns, and as a courtesy, we offered to provide all necessary shipping materials and a return label for a full refund. This option was declined.
