“The equipment I bought from top shelf I’m happy with. A 25 watt and a15 watt Aqua Ultraviolet sterilizer. Also I bought the Hydro Launch and another Hydro unit the m8 I think it is. But I bought corals from Top Shelf Aquatics and now I won’t buy another thing from them. Paid 600.00 for the smallest frags I’ve ever seen. Very disappointed with Ernesto. They offered to have me send back. But how the hell would I do that without breaking them. It was a joke. Awesome equipment but horrible on salt water frag corals. That brings them down to a 2 star rating!!!”

The frag packs you purchased were mystery high-end packs priced at $300 each. You ordered two packs, and we provided six different frags from our list of possible corals. The total value of these six frags exceeded $1100, while your cost was $600. Prior to ordering, you contacted us, and we explained that the mystery packs typically include standard single-branch frags approximately 3/4 to 1 inch in size, ensuring you were fully aware of what to expect.
Given that you purchased multiple packs, our shipping team upgraded some of the frags to multi-branch frags and included one larger frag exceeding 1 inch, as we did not have a multi-branch frag of that particular coral. All frags arrived in healthy and excellent condition. After receiving them, you expressed your concerns, and as a courtesy, we offered to provide all necessary shipping materials and a return label for a full refund. This option was declined.
