“After the conch was acclimated and introduced to the tank, he immediately buried himself in the sand. A couple days later I check on the tank at night and he’s out going through the sand looking for food. He’s doing his job. If you get one, you’ll probably not see it during the day so check at night occasionally to make sure it’s still alive.”
