“The chair looks very nice and is ideal for my wife, who is sensitive to the cold, ceramic-tiled floor, when using the worktops in the kitchen. I ordered the chair on 30th June 2024, after which I was advised that it was out of stock and that delivery would be within two weeks from 31st August 2024. This delay did not prevent payment being taken from my credit card, for which I paid on 5th August 2024. On 22nd August 2024, I was advised that there had been a delay in shipping the chair, which was beyond the control of Top Furniture, and its arrival in the UK was estimated to be the 13th September 2024. On 18th September 2024, the arrival was updated to 23rd September 2024. The chair was delivered on 8th October 2024. The chair was well packed and ready for use. That is to say, no assembly was necessary. Unfortunately, the wood joints at the top of the back of the chair on both sides had started to part, as you can see in the pictures. At the time of writing (12th October 2024), I had not had an opportunity to contact Top Furniture due to my wife having an operation and myself being ill with flu symptoms.”

“I visited Top Furniture in Uttoxeter for the first time to look at some stools I had seen online. Jason and the team were incredibly helpful. I am glad I made the trip to the showroom as I could then see that the stools would be too large for the kitchen.
