“The ordering process was very easy. The delivery was very quick by a very pleasant delivery driver. The bench came in 4 pieces that were very easy to put together and the bolts are substantial. It is an excellent piece of quality furniture and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Top Furniture.”

“Fantastic quality and an exact match to our existing bench bought from yourselves 2 years ago.... we also have a table we’ve had for 8 years - which is still wonderful and gets lots of comments from visitors - as it has the arched whale bone type structure underneath. We have no problem with having to stay in bf or a delivery but for most people who do not work at home; having to accept the given delivery try date (around 10 days after placing the order) otherwise forfitting £30 redelivery charge is too much to swallow for most. Surely you are now a big enough company to be able to schedule drivers like everyone else? Our drivers arrived on time and rang ahead but we weren’t given much notice after waiting a long run-time on the order. Then it was ‘if you don’t accept the email schedule you’ll have to pay £30 for redelivery’ arghhhhhhh .... ok ok .. we’ll cancel our plans.... for larger items you could about justify this but for a small bench; just get Hermes it dpd to deliver for you? Otherwise the quality is great, the wood has always been nicely finished, always complete with correct accessories and clear instructions. I would buy from again but be aware the delivery is a bit off putting!”
