“I purchased 4 of these chairs about a year ago and have just purchased 2 more supposedly identical, unfortunately they are not. After a conversation with the service team I’m told that the manufacturer has been changed so now I have 4 Matt chairs which are perfect and 2 shiny chairs that are not as well made and look plastic.”

“The Titan chairs are good looking and sturdy. We had a slight issue when the chairs were first delivered as two of the six black chairs were in fact brown when we opened the boxes, although it did say black on the box. A call to Top Furniture Customer Service quickly sorted this out and about a week later, the chairs were exchanged for black ones. In summary, these are good chairs for the money and I can recommend them to anyone looking for this style of chair.”
