“These chairs are lovely...comfortable and neat, good support and stylish. However, although we knew prior to purchase that we would need to put the legs on them ourselves, by what we understood to be just a turn of a bolt, we didn't expect it to be such an involved and long process. Each leg has two Allen key bolts, which need far more than just a turn to secure and tighten completely. When there are 6 chairs it's a mammouth task to do this 48 times! It took ages. Then one leg was so tight it wouldn't go in it's slot but thankfully my husband has wood-working tools and managed to chisel a piece out to enable it to fit. Someone who was less capable could stuggle. For the way they were able to be packaged because of not having legs on, maybe this is a cost-cutting exercise... but in our opinion it's not customer friendly. We have purchased many items from Top Furniture and have always been very impressed with the quality, delivery and customer service.”

“These are good quality chairs, nicely finished and comfortable. Mostly they went together easily and were level first time but a couple of them needed to be levelled up which is a bit of a faff. Would recommend happily.”

“The chairs are delivered ready to assemble with the legs and bolts all neatly packed in a zipped compartment underneath. The first thing you notice is how well made they are - solid oak, legs are splayed at the back and straight at the front, they fit to the frame with very solid allen key bolts. The cushioning is a fairly firm foam with springs, green webbing and just shouts quality, the fabric looks very hard wearing and classy. We are both so pleased with our purchase and wll enjoy our lovely chairs !”
