“Absolutely beautiful. Bought online - asked if it would closely match a competitors “rustic oak” confirmed yes. The red leather goes well with the oak and matches my table brilliantly. Kept informed about delivery - drivers polite and helpful.”

“Excellent quality bar stools. Even more impressed with the customer service. From Charlotte who took my order over the phone to Carl who informed me my order was ready to collect. Charlotte was patient and polite with a lovely telephone manner. I had originally ordered wrong bar stools and had to ring again to change order, she was really understanding and helpful. Carl also has a lovely telephone manner, when I arrived to collect order he was waiting for me with my order. Helped arrange the bar stools so they fitted well in my car, nothing was too much trouble. Just do not get customer service like this today which actually should be standard everywhere but is not in 2015. Well done Top Furniture for your products & your staff!!! Will be back for more of both!! Linda Coker”
