“Top furniture but bottom customer service. The item is very nice. However, when I ordered the website stated that delivery would be in two weeks. I ordered 3rd May and immediately received an email stating that the delivery was in fact 2 weeks from the 15th June, 8 weeks away. On 15th June, having heard nothing, I contacted them. Reply was delay until 19th June. Shipping delays. On 30th June, the week in which I expected delivery, having heard nothing, I contacted them again. Reply was delay until 23rd July. I emailed to complain about the communications i.e. why don't they update the customer before letting them down with a delay instead of waiting for the customer to enquire. NO REPLY. The final delivery date was 23rd July, a total of eleven and a half weeks. I understand about shipping delays, covid and staff absences, but good communication goes a long way to keeping customers happy.”
