“Very good friendly service from staff at the Dartford Branch & was very accommodating with request for photos of our chairs which were emailed from there Harrogate Branch. Driver who delivered our goods turned up early & was helpful bringing the chairs to the house. I’m impressed with how they help with our order from start to finished”

“Very pleased with our Harrogate Teal Green Velvet Dining Chairs, so much so that we have just ordered another two. Good quality and lovely fabric. Perfect colour for our dining room colour scheme. Two negatives - very long wait for them but think this was due to the pandemic so forgiven and utter disinterest from the staff member in the Dartford Store. So much so we looked at them & went home & ordered on line. Good customer service though from the company over the phone and delivery drivers.”
