“Love the draws, they are well made, deep and exactly what I was looking for. They lose a star due to the delivery team. I have a medical issue and could take them up the stairs (70kg) so I contacted the company to confirm they would deliver to my bedroom. They said as long as it was possible, they would, and the driver might say no if it is particularly difficult but that I could then just refuse the delivery. Considering we had got a king bed upstairs I felt confident everything would be okay. When the delivery team arrived, they told me before even coming in the house and looking at the stairs, that they wouldn't take them to the bedroom. The driver told me they ONLY deliver to first floor rooms. He was very dismissive of me. I explained that the website doesn't say that and that I had contacted the company first but he insisted that he would not take them upstairs. He was really rude and told me how that wasn't his job. So I told him not to bother getting it out the van as I wouldn't be able to get it to the room on my own. I walked away and went to shut the door. He then came back and said, fine he will do it. He was really rude about it, making it out it wasn't his job, to the point I would describe it as aggressive. The two men took the draws up no problem took about 2 minutes. Whilst dragging mud all up the stairs from their shoes. Once they got to the top they asked me which room and I showed them and asked if they could remove their shoes or put shoe covers on as our carpet in the bedroom is a light cream. Again they got really argumentative. One guy took his shoes off, claiming h&s when he had slip on trainers on anyway. I asked if they had shoe covers but he said no. They put it in the door way, one guy still not taking his shoes off so just pushing it in from the landing. They left it there, upright. I asked if he could help me put it in the space and unbox it as I'm on my own and he said 'no, I've done you enough favours' and walked off. "it's not my job to put it in your space and unbox it". At the door they asked me to sign for it and I told them both that their stroppy attitude and rude behaviour had made this a very negative experience. I explained that I wouldn't be able to open the draws and would have to get someone round to help me, "Not their problem". So it was delivered on Wednesday but I wasn't able to get someone to help me until this evening. They are lovely draws but I wouldn't order from them again due to the delivery experience. I don't feel all of the issues are with the driver, it sounds like the company may not be giving the guidance and training needed. Plus they were in a big rush so I wondered if it was a time constraint that stressed him out. What ever the reason, it was a negative experience for me.”

“Lovely large piece of furniture for a space bedroom. Well packed, delivered on time, however they will not deliver upstairs and this will put some people off buying. Trying to haul a large item up the stairs will be difficult for some older clients. You should introduce a separate small charge.”

“The unit is beautiful and is very well built, sturdy & heavy. There was a slight crack just under the top lip of the unit but customer services have been very prompt in their rely & dealing with this issue. I would shop here again in the future.”
