“I have been very impressed with this company and the quality of their products. Their customer service is also excellent, they kept me up to date with any delays with shipping and as soon as they took shipment they arranged a delivery date and not one of those, any time between 0700-1900, just a 2 hour slot. On the day of delivery, the delivery guys phoned to say that they were half an hour away. They were also excellent and even helped me taking some of my other furniture downstairs. Thank you.”

“I would give a 4 or 5 for the quality of this product - however due to a combination of an administrative error and unhelpful and unfriendly delivery drivers - I could not use my product for nearly a week as they refused to take the chest upstairs. In edition despite a verbal apology by Customer Service they offered no assistance and I paid £20 a week later to get my product upstairs. Really NOT impressed and will not use this company again.”
