“I bought this unit from a 2x2inch square sample of the wood and was hesitant until it arrived. The unit (and others bought from Tops at the same time), whihc came ready assembled so no faffing around with Allen keys, dowels and screwdrivers was packed so well I knew it was going to be in excellent condition. The worst part was getting it up the stairs, which due to the 90 deg turn at the bottom of my stairs was a bit of a challenge. When unboxed and in position the unit looked absolutely fantastic. Really happy that the time sample was an exact match of the unit colour, the smooth rounded edges were lovely and the drawers and absolute dream to open and close. A couple of the stop dowels had dropped out during the move upstairs but it was obvious where these had come from and they were easy to put back. The unit looks absolutely superb and I would definitely recommend both the furniture and Tops. This was ordered at the start of Covid and the communication from the company about an unexpected delay was accurate and clear. The drivers were courteous, on time and carried all the units to my garage whilst operating social distancing requirements. I would buy from TOPS again in the future and buying ready assembled furniture that looks solid and build to last a lifetime is not a luxury it is good sense to get value for money.”
