“So so pleased with this wardrobe. Such good quality and easy to assemble. Delivery drivers were really helpful and chatty , arrived when they said. It’s nice to actually have something arrive on time and not be damaged in their day and age. Will definitely order more furniture! Top drawer, top furniture!”

“No instructions came with this. I think if you're going to have a self-assembly element to your furniture then you should include a sheet on how to put it together. If it falls apart then I will consider you responsible.”

Apologise for this. We have raised this with our wardrobe factory for them to take urgent extra steps to prevent this from happening in the future. All wardrobes should arrive with assembly instructions within the boxes. This looks like an isolated case where they didn't get placed inside the box unfortunately as we never had this problem in the past but it shouldn't have happened which we are sorry for. Our customer service team will be happy to email you a copy of the assembly instruction if you still require a copy. Kind regards Dave

“Excellent solid furniture at a good price. The colour is perfect and just what we were looking for. The service from order to delivery has been fantastic. Just perfect. Have now placed 3 orders and will place another one soon. We bought various items from the Toulose collection for our two boys’ bedrooms. They’re over the moon with the new furniture!”
