“Took delivery of a grey console cupboard and we were very pleased with both quality and colour. On closer inspection we found a manufacturing error. Contacted the supplier on day of delivery and after providing them with photos of the problem they were quick to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. A nice change to deal with a company that treats its customers fairly and in a timely manner.”

“The console itself is fine. Not brilliant value. I ordered as it would arrive ready built. It arrived within the time slot ...in a huge box and was very well packaged inside. I opened the door to 2 big burly men who literally plonked it in my hall and ran I was trying to ask if it was heavy and if they could assist me but they were already halfway down my path. ! I understand due to Covid restrictions they may not have been allowed to carry it 12 feet more into my kitchen...or to assist in lifting it out of the huge box for me. It would be even more believable if they had worn masks. Neither were wearing them. I had to attack the box with carving knife. No easy task. Drag it onto towel. Drag it into my kitchen Then I spent probably 30 mins trying to break the box down . Eventually I got it half size and with very sore back by this time I managed to drag it to my car and take it to the tip. The items sold are very nice quality. I just feel a little better customer service on the delivery side would improve things immeasurably.”
