“I would give 5 stars for the chest of drawers itself as it is of amazing quality and beautiful. I had to take 1 star off as I had an issue with the delivery; upon entering my house, I asked to show the delivery men where to put it upstairs. One of the 2 delivery men, who didn't even look to assess my stairs, simply said 'We don't deliver upstairs' abruptly with no further advice on what to do. The other delivery man could see how shocked and confused I (must have) looked and he then advised me to open the box and take the drawers out first to make it lighter to take upstairs. This meant it took over an hour for my husband and I to get the chest of drawers into place, opening the box, emptying it and being careful not to knock and damage the black-painted chest. I rang customer service to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery and I had a verbal apology. I have now ordered another chest of drawers from the range and awaiting delivery...I am hoping I get better delivery service this time, only time will tell.”

“Absolutely stunning… I’m so impressed with the quality I couldn’t love it anymore than I do . Deep draws loads of storage and well made . It was packaged perfectly and with care . The delivery was faultless and bang on time . Also delivery men were fabulous cheerful fellas . My only complaint is this company is going to cost me a fortune as further purchase’s are definitely going to be made . A five star rating from purchase to delivery from Staffordshire ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
