“My Farmhouse bed is fantastic. Great quality, looks wonderful, and so easy to put together (I even did this myself due to lockdown!). The only reason I haven't given the bed 5 stars is because I felt I needed to knock one off for poor customer service. My bed was delivered to my hallway, due to Covid safe deliveries. Yes, I understand that it is important at present to consider everyone's safety. However, I have just moved house, and other furniture deliveries Covid safe deliveries involve checking if anyone has Covid symptoms, social distancing, weare masks... A delivery does not involve being near someone for the prolonged periods that are required to catch Covid, without the PPE and social distancing. I feel that not enough has been done to meet the customers needs. As a result, I had to carry the bed upstairs myself, due to lockdown. I have a bad back. I had to unpack it and take it up in parts. I then could not find the screws etc. I looked everywhere, searched the packing multiple times. So I called customer services and left a message to say the parts were missing. This was 4 days ago, I have heard nothing back. Thankfully, I later found the parts wrapped in what looked like a piece of tape. There are hardly any screws, so they don't take up much packaging, but more effort needs to be taken to ensure these are seen and not thrown away with the rest of the packaging!”
