“I have had to deduct a star as unfortunately this chest of draws arrived damaged. After reporting the problem to Top Furniture, they responded really quickly (on a Saturday too!) confirming that they understood the problem and that they had discovered that the batch my item was from was faulty. They have sine been in touch to say that they will replace my item when new stock arrives, but until then I should feel free to use the faulty chest of draws (as the damage isjust cosmetic). Apart from the fault, I am really impressed by the quality of this item, but mostly I am impressed with the people who work at Top Furniture - as they have been really easy and pleasant to deal with. I'm looking forward to receiving my replacement item when it is back in stock.”
