“I rewrite my review. Never done this before but I have sound reason to. I had an issue with my delivery and I was not expecting my initial review to meet with rapid response to rectify the issue I had. I've never in my experience from buying online had such a positive response from Administration to provide a rapid reply to resolve my issue. For this reason I am outstandingly happy to use this company again in the future. I recommend any online buyer to give this company who provide quality furniture and full assurance to resolve any issues with fast response. Quality furniture at resonable cost. “The bed came in parts to assemble on delivery. Instructions and resources were available to give you a quick and easy guide to assembling. Once assembled, the bed looked larger than a double with its tall headboard and lower footboard. A great feature for any bedroom.”

“As you don't provide an assembly service and I am a single woman over 60, I had to get a chap to assemble it, so waited 2 weeks to get it upstairs and assembled. Extra wait and cost resented. There is a flaw in the base, unfortunately very visible as you enter the room. It isn't the wood, as it is a dark and rough patch, so after it was made. to touch. Not worth the hassle of returning it, so will just have to put up with it.”
