“We purchased this recently and it arrived exactly when Top Furniture said it would. It was well packed and well made, however there were 2 very small chips in the paint. Not immediately noticeable. I emailed Top Furniture asking if they had a paint sample bottle so I could touch the chips in. They immediately got back to me offering the paint sample and a partial refund. I was happy to accept that and the partial refund was put back into my paypal immediately. Overall I am delighted with the product itself, Top Furniture as a company and their communications and willingness to keep their customers happy. I will deal with them again and would recommend them to anyone James McKenna”

“I purchased a television joint from you which arrived as promised today. Unfortunately it was damaged inside . Having said that it looks superb and so far the service has been excellent particularly your customer service department who after seeing photos of the damaged area instantly arranged for a replacement unit to be sent.
