“Table quality appears to be quite good, but this company’s service was very poor. Bolts missing. Reported it and was told to wait for them to send the missing items by post. When finally assembled the table, realised one of the extending panels was also missing, so only one side extends to 120 cm. Waiting for the whole top to be replaced. When emailed about their laid back approach towards solving the problem, which should have been quicker, got a phone call from their customer “support” apologising but still defending their way of doing business...the mouthy girl on the phone was on full defensive mode as she tried to blame the manufacturer (from China and Lithuania apparently). When I said she was missing the point she quickly and arrogantly replied she “was missing nothing”. She was even trying to be sarcastic with a “sorry that day [to replace the table too] is not soon enough for you” remark. So, definitely not happy!”

“Love love love this table. Ordered one from another company and had shocking service and the table was faulty. Googled the table and found Top Furniture, Fantastic service and fantastic table. So pleased to finally have the table I wanted. Thanks Top Furniture.”
