“Extremely happy with our chairs, the leather does have a few indentations from the packaging but I expect these to disappear in a day or two. Thank you to Keiron from Uttoxeter branch who has been especially helpful and managed to calm the situation when Carl spat his dummy out after he gave us false information about a product, also a massive thank you to Mark who stepped in and did the delivery help lines job for them after multiple failed attempts from myself, them giving me lots of conflicting information! The delivery guys were absolutely lovely too. Would of had 5 stars if it wasn’t for the delivery team ( not the drivers) and Carls bad attitude.”

“The chairs are comfortable and have a simple country look but are sturdy and hence moderately heavy. The chairs appear to be constructed from engineered timber with visible changes in grain lines. The X joint of the back struts look as if cut too wide but is probably intentional as a design feature. The finish has a slightly orange tint. The seat upholstery is not real leather and has an obvious manufactured look. It would be helpful to online purchasers if above details were made clear on website. The chairs came well packed but this resulted in a large quantity of plastic, polystyrene and cardboard which required local disposal/recycling.”
