“We had a good experience at Top furniture & were looked after by Tom as we looked around & asked questions. Our table & chairs were delivered a few days later on time by two helpful lads who brought everything into the house for us”

“THE CHAIRS ARE THE WRONG COLOUR!! I ordered the grey chairs and what has been delivered are clearly cream coloured chairs. Despite sending numerous photos of the chairs to you, which clearly show that the chairs are NOT grey, I'm required to go through the saga of you sending me colour samples of cream and grey to match against the chairs and send even more photos to you. Apparently this is because the chairs are a 'very light shade of grey'! Do you really think I have the time or energy to ask for replacement chairs to be sent to me if they were the right colour. It's insulting to suggest that I cannot tell the difference between cream and grey! I'm hoping that this issue will be resolved ASAP.”
