“After being disappointed after unwrapping the tall boy chest of draws due to it been damaged in 2 places, I dreaded opening the slatted bed set. Worries came true as I found a nice gouge /scratch on the main piece of oak at the end of the bed frame. 2 out of 4 items damaged after waiting over a month for it to arrive...”
