“Love the overall look of the unit but not happy one bit that it's been broken and then glued, then some dark stain used to try and cover up the repair on the top of the draw. Stain color doesn't even match the rest of the color in the top of the draw. Don't like that there's a pin head sticking out at the back and if not noticed when wiping down with a cloth could take your skin of your fingers. Also shame the company don't tell you they used a what looks like a different wood and 100% different color of wood at the back and back sides. Plus one of the pegs that stops the draw from opening right out come out of it's housing, the peg was found in the book. I don't know how this item got passed quality control. I suspect someone knew it was damaged and thought lets try and sell it anyway. I will be Getting in touch to see what you have to say about this matter.”

“Shoddy workmanship - the stapling underneath is appalling not sure how long they will last but needed urgently- oscsging has left dents and marks in the ‘leather’. Would not recommend this product for its workmanship”

“Not at all happy with the service. I wasn’t at home. The item that is boxed was delivered and left upside down at the enterence of the room blocking the place. My wife has done her back in as she had to move it to another location. We had emptied the space for the delivery people to leave the chest where it should have been. They never bothered to listen and left it in the room. After the opening the box if the item is damaged I will return the item and you will bear the cost of transport. I need to be compensated for the inconvenience that the delivery people have caused me and my wife.”

“If your thinking you will be getting a solid lump of oak table think again it’s oak veneer! Also the clips that are used to keep the table together have already broken.”
