“We received our Lichfield flip top 100cm 50cm Oak table and 2 Churchill brown leather chairs on Wednesday, we are so pleased with them. These items are fabulous quality, even better than what we were expecting. The chairs were fully constructed but we just had to fit the legs on the table which was very easy. It is very easy to open the table out when we need to, no hassle ar all. The 2 men who delivered the items were very friendly and helpful and rang us to let us know what time they would be arriving. “The day before I ordered these chairs I visited two different "oak furniture" showrooms in Cambridge, the one I considered to be inordinately expensive, the second had nice chairs but 50% more in price than the Churchill from Top Furniture. This chair is said to be reduced in price in order to better the competitors. I used to be in retail and am therefore wary of any reduced goods. I decided to take the risk because I liked the Churchill design. I ordered a set of six. The phone salesman was very helpful. My having problems over delivery, he offered to speak to the carrier. They offered next day delivery! With trepidation I opened the boxes. I am very pleased with the chairs. In places two pieces of oak are joined together where one piece would suffice, but in an era when we are conscious of saving natural resources, who could object to that? I had not time to visit the showroom, so online ordering carried a risk. But I am very content. I feel that Top Furniture would have set me right if there were any issues of quality.”

“We ordered two dining chairs from you for my Mother's small apartment. She loves them! The Carver dining chair is perfect for her to lift off from the seat using the sturdy chair arms. They are so well made and such good quality. Visitors use the dining chair and have commented on the comfortable leather seat. Thank you for the prompt delivery just a few days after the order was made. We were also pleased to see the two chairs were not flat packs as were able to get them to my Mother immediately.”
