“Initial questions regarding a slight change to my order were answered promptly by Kieren and Tara, as I wanted cream leather chairs instead. Arrived on time and are of really good quality. Service was brilliant and will definitely use again”

“Delivered quickly, professionally and by their own staff (so care taken to ensure safe delivery). Smooth customer experience, spoke with two different sales reps, both from different stores, both telling the same story - good consistency. Visited one store to check the wood quality etc,. nice young fellow showed me everything I wanted to see and talked about the tables, chairs and wood with good level of detail - he also did not tell stories nor try to 'sell' me anything, just answered my questions happily, Visited store then purchased on-line. No variation in quality so got what was expected. Price very good - I don't know how this table is produced for just £349. Assembly easy. A good solid family table and chairs that compliment the other Oak features of our house that also represent good value for money. I trust the after-sales experience, if needed, will be the same.
