“I paid full price yet received goods that had clearly been returned by a previous customer, damaged box, damaged dinning bench, full of scratches and damage to the wood, extremely disappointed, made contact with Customer Services before lunch and was promised an email detailing a course of action, seven hours later still waiting for the email! A very unhappy customer.”

“Really love the quality of this bench, very sturdy. Once ordered online, I received a phone call from lovely lady at Top furniture to arrange delivery, then received text message to say at what time they would arrive - very efficient! The only thing that I am slightly disappointed with is the colour of the Oak, it has a pinky tone rather than the golden yellow colour that I was expecting, unsure whether this is due to the type of oak or the oil used to coat the bench but will keep it as the style matches my existing table.”

“Absolutely delighted with the two benches I ordered! Delivered exactly as promised, if not a tiny bit earlier by two cheerful blokes, and the simple flat pack design meant that the benches were put together within 10 minutes and we’re within service in no time at all! Really impressed with the quality, and at a fantastic price too! Very, very highly recommended, many thanks all!!”
