“Lovely product just as we hoped. Delivery experience was very disappointing. I had to change the date originally a provided due to having a long standing appointment that was affected by the current pandemic situation. No sympathy given by Top Furniture. They insisted on charging me an additional £30 due to changing. I will not use or recommend this company again. Very poor customer experience/satisfaction from me.”
