“ordered two stools ,one arrived perfectly packaged ,but the other arrived with the box in a disgustingly dirty condition which I had to clean before I could bring it into the flat. I then found that this stool had actually no packaging around it at all. I then found that the box had another customers name crossed out on it ( obviously a returned item ). I complained and fortunatley Lucy in customer services apologised and gave me a £20 refund. I suggest you review quality control before dispatching all future orders.”
