“The actual item of furniture is very good quality. However the wrong item turned up first. The communication to get it delivered the first time was poor. Delivery is only free if you can accept their first suggestion of a date/time otherwise it is £30, and no one contacted me to organise an alternative until I emailed. Once they realised the wrong item had been delivered, the communication was excellent and were very accommodating to find a rapid date to switch for the correct item. So a mixed bag. Don’t think I’ll be using this company again”

“Absolutely love our Baltic 95cm Bench purchased for our new porch. Lovely solid wood which we think will last a lifetime. When we ordered we were told it would take 3 weeks to arrive but 5 days later we got a call to ask it can be delivered. We was going on holiday the next week so had to re-arrange delivery, even so, it still came within the 3 week time frame. Thank you Top Furniture for a great item, will definitely order from you again.”

“Amazing bench, so pleased with it. we shopped around quite a lot as we wanted the bench to fit under the table, when it was not in use. We called the sales team, who was extremely helpful, as the shop was only 30 minutes away from where we live, we went and collected from store, where also the staff was very friendly and helpful We would definitely recommend this bench and this company”

“We bought two benches along with an extending table and are delighted with the quality and craftsmanship of all the furniture, as well as the excellent price. We visited the showroom in Kent first and the sales assistants were knowledgeable and really accommodating, even bringing stock down from upstairs so we could make a choice. We received further instructions on how to assemble the furniture if we didn't want to make us of their (very reasonably priced) service of putting it together. Delivery was free, promised in two weeks and actually came in 10 days with a courteous phone call a couple of days before and a text giving actual time of delivery on the day. This firm shows how customer service should be done and I can't praise them too highly on this front.”

“The ordering experience was easy enough and then I sat back and waited for the delivery details. When the package arrived, the delivery guy was courteous and helpful and it took me about 10minutes to have the bench assembled and located. It looks great. Good combination of being sturdy yet smart with a classy wood finish. Would order similar items again as and when required. On this experience Top Furniture lives up to its name.”
