Makita DUH523Z body only 18v hedgetrimmer is supplied with a battery cover and a blade cover. It runs off the Makita 18v li-ion batteries which are not supplied with the machine. The blade length is 520mm and is a double sided blade. Max branch cutting diameter is 15mm. Only 3.3kg net weight. Stain free shear blade surface of glittering silver obtained by non-electrolyzed nickel plating that features high anti-abrasion surface for long lasting coating. Anti-vibration structure consisting of Motor-crank section and handle section linked by 5 cushions to absorb vibration from blade and motor-crank section. 520mm blade length. Supplied as the body only, will run off the Makita 18v li-ion batteries available separately. 15mm maximum branch diameter. 3.3kg net weight. Double sided blade. 1350 strokes per minute.

“I am a longtime user of Makita 18v tools, but this is my first gardening tool from them. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised, despite my high opinion of the brand in the first place. The hedgetrimmer is wonderfully light, but very powerful. It made short work of my beech hedge and was very simple and light to use.”
