“Please accept these comments as purely personal feedback rather then a complaint or review. The pricing of the items was very reasonable and your service exceptional, with immediate response and emails of exact delivery times. Unfortunately I was slightly disappointed by both tubes as the rubber is sticky (unlike my existing bands) and any heavy resistance, of which you advertise, appear to be only at full steatch rather from the outset (again unlike my existing bands). Also on the toffee tube the straps were not located correctly on the end of the rubber tube and one clip was missing (fortunately I had a replacement part). I have used resistance bands for many years and do not consider these two compare favourably.”
