“I unfortunately ordered my usual size 4 EUR 37 not realising that the sizes on these trainers are different (their size 4 is a EUR 36) my fault for not checking,, hassle free returns though.. you just fill in what you want to get refunded/exchanged and post them back,, upon trying on the trainers they seemed very comfy apart from being tight so instead of getting refund I exchanged them for a size up”
