“The product is fine but I am not happy with the postage way being forced to customers. Why does everyone have to pay £3.95 for the next working day as the only delivery option available on the website??? What would be wrong with normal delivery? And that's while the post agent won't hand it to a neighbour or at least leave it at a safe place when they don't even need the parcel to be signed? I received my order 5 days later than expected time only because of having to choose this option and being at work whenever the post agent came around ! I had chosen ' delivery to a neighbour' but the agent didn't bother to do so. He could have rung the door bell of a neighbour and leave the parcel on top of the post boxes as Amazon drivers do. I wish they could remove this obligation from their website and ask the post contractors to leave parcels at a corner or a safe place if the customer is not at the place.”

“Started using following the discontinuation of Flowerology. Really happy with this hair dye. It left my hair shiny and soft. The colour had good grey coverage and a natural finish. My new go to vegan hair dye.”
