“The sample is excellent but it should be made clear that only one-eighth of what is shown in the photograph is actually sent as a sample. i.e. aprox 11 cm by 20 cm This is understandable as sending a tile of 45 cm by 45 cm would be quite big and expensive for the company. But it doesn't give quite the same impression and so I think when offering to send a 'free' sample it should be made clear how big that sample is (perhaps I missed the small print?!). ! Notwithstanding I liked the sample and I shall probably be going ahead and ordering the tiles!”
