Hi Daniel Unfortunately we cannot replace tiles that your tiler has broken during fitting unless they are faulty, there is no fault with the tiles as they fall within British Standards and we have over 30 satisfied customers who have enjoyed the same product so far. I'm sorry that as we are unable to help, you felt we were unhelpful. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond wherever possible to help people achieve their dream projects without hassle or stress as the majority of our reviews state. Kind regards

“Very pleased with Tile Mountain. Tiles were good quality, web site was easy to use, they arrived promptly and I enjoyed free delivery even though I was a little short on spend amount. Tile estimation calculator was spot on too. I never broke any and had 3 left over. It would have been better if it was suggested how much tile adhesive I would need for how ever many tiles used.”
