“Tiles are lovely but they're poorly packed and so many arrived broken. The conoany had to reissue in 3 loads...doesn't make sense! Package them better to start with!”

“While searching for tiles for my downstairs toilet on Google, I came across tiles that caught my interest. I decided to make an online purchase, and the tiles were delivered on schedule. Unfortunately, upon inspection by my tiler, we discovered significant damage in two of the tile boxes. One box had a tile broken in half, while the other exhibited multiple tiles with chipped edges. Although my tiler could work with a few problematic tiles by cutting them, the extent of the damage in these two boxes made them unusable for completing the job. Upon contacting the Tile Warehouse customer service number, I spoke with Alexandros, who handled my issue. He requested pictures of the damaged tiles, and after sending them, he responded promptly and professionally. It turned out that the issue was not with the damaged tiles, and I had already booked a tiler to finish the work before Christmas Eve. Alex arranged for the next delivery, and the tiles arrived at 9:00 AM. He provided clear communication at each step of the process, allowing me to coordinate with my tiler. I appreciate the professionalism and understanding of customer requirements and challenges demonstrated by Tile Warehouse. Despite the initial hiccup, I plan to use this company again due to the quality of the tiles and their adept handling of issues. I have attached pictures of the downstairs toilet, which is not yet complete; grouting and toilet fitting are still pending. Thanks again to Alex and Tile Warehouse for their assistance.
