Not a single tile of the twelve I have bought was of an acceptable quality. Four had grooves, one really deep and long ones, others a bit more shallow. Each one had dents and my plumber said that he has never seen such bad quality. I was under the impression that all tiles have been rejected by the manufacturer's quality team and packed to be disposed of by Tiles Warehouse. However, the Tiles Warehouse technical team found nothing wrong with the tiles after collecting all of them !!!? They have refunded only just over 50% of the money I have paid them, charging me much more for collection than for the delivery. They are just simply robbing you of your money, disgusting company, avoid at all costs.

Dear Ms Kozak, Firstly I'd like to apologise that you're unhappy with the tiles you received. I can see that you contacted us initially, and advised that you'd like to return the products. Within an hour, one of our team got in touch to say that as per our returns policy, if you'd to return them to us for a refund you're more than welcome to and we will process a refund on the items once they are back with us. The product ordered are concrete effect tiles, so will not be perfectly smooth as with the design. I can confirm that our QA team have found no fault with the product and we have since gone on to resell the returned products to another happy customer. I can see that you requested that we arrange the collection of the products, of which we advised that we can certainly do so. The cost of the collection is purely based on what it is that we are charged to collect the products from you by the carrier. The reason that the collection is slightly more than delivery is because it involves the rewrapping and labeling of the products. I can confirm that you still had the option to source your own collection and return if this was more financially viable for you. Looking at your contact with our customer experience team, I can see that it was agreed that should the items be not fit for purpose, that we would pay for the collection however if no fault was found that we would need to deduct the collection costs off of the refund. I can see this was something you agreed to. Once again, I am sorry that you're unhappy with the products, but I do hope this helps provide a better understanding of the situation. Best wishes, Oliver
