“Had a few issues with cracked tiles on delivery or slightly sub standard ones where the glaze had minor defects but the company sent replacements when contacted. Overall would recommend for the price.”

“Delivered on time but 2 broken tiles and several that had quality issues I.e imperfections in the tile glaze. Need to contact customer services.”

“Tiles are nice and delivered well. Only problem is the tile size, it's 5mm short and so doesn't align with the rest of the 50cm tiles? Only found out to late to rectify.”

Good Afternoon Noel, I am so sorry to hear of your issue, the tiles themselves are made in molds, depending on the face effect required, these are often made at separate times and ambient temperature affects the drying and therefore shrinkage meaning no decor tile is exactly the same as the plain. Normally this would be picked up during the dry lay and we could have looked into an alternative batch of either tile to help. Offsetting the border/pattern is usually the way round calibration differences with an adjusting grout joint which is I presume the way you went. Thanks
