“Have had the tiles on the delivery pallet and have just started using them in my downstairs loo. Love the look but in hindsight think a slightly smaller tile would have looked better. My only reason for the low review score was in every box so far opened (three out of twelve)the bottom two tiles have had one corner broken. As I will have some cuts it isn't an issue yet, but if it continues I might have to order more tiles. Maybe I should have checked each box when they were delivered a couple of weeks ago. Having posted this review I was contacted within hours by a Manager of Tile Warehouse. He apologised and offered replacements. The following morning I received a follow-up email checking if I was happy. Talk about first class Customer Service. Do not judge a company when things go well, judge them how well they treat you and react when things go wrong.”
