“As summer now seems to be a distant glow on the past's horizon; winter, well, autumn, at least, is here with a vengeance :( So, bye, bye summer frocks and out with the boots. I've never been much of a fan of trousers and leggings allow me to carry on wearing shorter - OK, husband dear, VERY SHORT, skirts and black hosiery hides a multitude of sins. Anyway, back to the boots - I need socks, or more with these and my toes feel the cold far more than I like and footless-hosiery means I can up the denier by a notch, or 50+ :)”
